The rooms were amazing cozy very clean restaurant downstairs sucks over priced and horribly bad food.this is not opinion it’s a fact and place overloads u on Xmas music it’s not Xmas and loud too but breakfast package from hotel are not worth the money either so just don’t eat at the restaurant period .! The staff was outstanding kind and helpful and I can say worth seeing that excellent service from anyplace or business be lucky to have Nicki who works front desk she’s absolutely amazing with ppl and problem solving when ppl are struggling to remember everything some days she deserves a raise bc she’s a keeper thanks girl for being kind sometimes all it takes to make some one feel like it’s going to be ok

Walked in the room, was disappointed with cleanliness. A pair of dirty socks from the last person who stayed in the room were left in the corner which leads me to think how much did they clean? Thank gosh we only needed the room for less than 12hrs since we were driving through and too exhausted to complain.

Front desk staff was friendly and welcoming. Our room was ready when we arrived and very clean. The Osaka restaurant is amazing! The hotel is located close to several other restaurants and places to shop.
