I wanted to give 5 stars for everything, because the facility actually was very nice. My concern came with the house keeping, we arrives on a Thursday and never put anything on our door regarding do not disturb, on Friday they knocked and asked did we need towels, and gave us more, we left the room shortly there after but no one came to clean our room, on Saturday no one ever knocked, and we were out of the room relatively early or at least before noon. I stop at the front desk, shared with the young lady our room number and asked could they please make sure they cleaned our room, and she expressed she would contact someone, but their shift would be ending soon, and I thanked her. We returned to our room late that evening and someone came and removed our towels, and took the trash out in the bathroom, but we had additional trash in the room and it was left, the bed was not made, which was very disappointing. I’m not sure what they classify as cleaning our room , and I’m grateful they got all the towels but that was unsatisfactory to leave noticeable trash or make the bed. I wanted to give even less stars for that particular situation , but over all besides that the visit was great.

Good: room was clean, staff was very friendly. Cons: there was an issue with check-in (electrical issue, couldn't be helped, totally understand that), but we were made to wait nearly an hour in the lobby and wasn't even offered so much as a soda. They were friendly, don't get me wrong, but the level of understanding there was only going one direction. Also in the room the sink would barely drain which was an issue.

Bed was semi comfortable and room fairly clean. Didn’t like the shower door in Room 500 was too binding for my wife to open and close. Didn’t like not having a continental breakfast. We had to try 3 different rooms and key cards before we found one that would open the door.
