Not the best experience at Holiday Inn…

Asked for a king sized bedroom (my husband is 7’ tall and has trouble sleeping in a bed smaller than a king, and we were given a room with two queens, then we asked for a handicapped accessible room (I have metal in my back and have trouble stepping over a tub to take a shower, and we were given a room with a super small tub, which was also so small it was hard for my husband to take a shower because he had to bend over because the shower head was so low. Cleanliness was okay. Front desk staff was never out front. Just kind of felt it was on auto pilot every time we walked in and out the front door. Breakfast was good and the lady who was cleaning at the breakfast bar was super friendly. Not the greatest experience at a Holiday Inn.
