The bathroom sink had a crack in it, the shower ceiling was cracked and damaged from water. There was rust in the bathtub near the drain. The tub had a ring in it that looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, the towel rack was broken and we couldn’t hang our towels up, the bath towels were put on a shelf underneath the sink inches next to the toilet and the wooden shelf that the towels were laying on was scratched to pieces and needed to be re-stained. Very disappointing and we paid over $400 per night for this room.

Room was okay, however room service was non existent when we checked in. We needed to eat before our show and you say you provide that service no body answering the phone no message called front desk said they are busy so tried again a bit later ended up having to door dash which I did not want to do I specifically booked hotel for the service and closeness to event so I would not have to go out anywhere else. Breakfast service was not great was told our waitress was delayed for room service run ( you don’t have dedicated persons?) and food was cold when it came out. So not impressed Hilton.

Could not control the room temp, even though I turmed the thermostat down to 61, the room temp stayed at 73-74 all night making for a very poor night of sleep. Also, in spite of the fan" being set to "auto" it literally ran all night. Since we didn't get to the room until after 11pm, I did not call the front desk to alert them

The hotel itself is still very nice, and we will return to it. For the first time, we had a shoddy room. There was no heat, the toilet barely functioned, the clock didn't work, there was no hand soap, and the room smelled as if it hadn't been used in a long time. When I contacted the front desk, they did send up soap and a space heater, so we were able to muddle through when the temperature outside was 29 degrees.
