Made a booking in the morning for my nephew’s soccer game. It was non refundable. I found out a few hours later the game was cancelled. I called the hotel directly and was told it was fine, and they’d refund the room. Turns out they later refused to do so. I understand the booking was non refundable, but I cancelled within mere hours of making the booking. Had I booked with the hotel directly, it would have been refunded so I’m not sure why they are drawing a line because it was booked through hotels.com. Annoying situation. No flexibility from this hotel. I didn’t use the reservation, but they kept my $150.

Will never stay in this or another Hilton,,, check out is 12;00 -1p.m... the cleaning staff WILL be clacking their key on your door and every other at 10:01 and continue until you are OUT. If the key banging doesn't work, they have a chemical spray ready for your door floor and it WILL cause you to leave... The front desk claims they have no autority over the cleaning schedule or other.... Never AGAIN... $400.00 for 1 night and late check in 2am till 10:01... never again.
