Its original character blends seamlessly with modern updates. The location couldn’t be better: steps from the brand-new Gatton Park—with walking & biking trails, playgrounds, splash pad, amphitheater, & dog park. Great area for walking the neighborhood which took us to the Mary Todd Lincoln home and we found an Opera House during our first walk. We went back to see a show that night which was an unexpected joy! We walked to some great restaurants/distilleries downtown as well. This historic carriage house has been converted into a super cool place to hang out before a show at Rupp Arena or if you’re in town for the weekend. Slick furnishings, and cool lighting made this a great place to chill before and after the show we saw. Highly recommend.

This carriage house is located right downtown, easily walkable to many shops, restaurants and of course Rupp Arena. The decor and design is outstanding. The 2 bedrooms are upstairs, both have very comfortable beds and share a bathroom with a really nice shower. The downstairs bathroom has a tub. There is plenty of room for everyone to relax in the living room and a nice TV to watch sports or shows. All in all, we had a great Lexington weekend and will definitely rent this carriage house again!
