Room was clean. TV did not work. We called 3 times before finally told us it was unplugged in the back, nice man came to show us. There was a woman in parking lot high on some kind of drug, there were pallets and trash everywhere on property. One of worst hotels I have ever stayed. I have been booking with EXPEDIA for over 20 years and online did not reflect condition of the hotel. We were told remodeling, very rough hotel, people working on vehicles in parking lot, employees live in one side of the hotel. Breakfast was not good at all, coffee was horrible.

The room was disgusting. Cigarette burns on the tub. Hole in the bathroom door. Trim ripping off the bottom of the entry door. Security lock barely attached. On top of that, there was a screaming argument in the middle of the night. Outside, the garbage cans were overflowing, and there was trash everywhere around the building and parking lot. I'm moving to Quality Inn and I won't be back.

We booked here just to stay for 1 night while travelling back from Florida to Ontario and I wasent expecting much with the price but this place was disgusting! The floors were filthy we found garbage from previous people. The ac didn't work and was supposed to have continental breakfast and all they had was a few green bananas and some cereal and a waffle machine that didn't look like it was cleaned since it was new! My wife took a baby wipe and wiped the floor in 1 spot and it was black.. There was dog poop all over the grass and the door mats to our room as well. DO NOT STAY HERE! I would have rather slept with my 4 children in our van for the night.
