I stay in 6 to 8 hotels a year and this hotel was by far the best!! From the friendly staff to the tasteful food I can’t say enough good about it. I would definitely stay here again.

Clean Stay, Lacking in the Extras"

The cleanliness and comfort of the hotel were very good — the room was well-kept and the bed was comfortable. However, I was a bit let down by some of the “extra” touches that the hotel advertises. The complimentary cookies and popcorn were always empty whenever we checked, which made them feel more like a gimmick than an actual amenity. Also, while they provide a $10 coupon for breakfast, the food itself was very underwhelming — no better than the basic continental breakfasts you get for free at many other hotels. I expected a bit more given the way it was presented.

Lobby smelled musky. Floors were dirty in room. Room was very dark and work was being done outside our window so we had to keep the blinds closed. Overall place was okay still waiting on adjustment that was made to check out date to be made to my account. Got the run around between hotels.com and four points.

I had a very pleasant experience at this property. My one complaint is that maybe they could have an extra luggage cart being that it's such a big hotel. Maybe even throw in a complimentary breakfast also slightly better internet service my internet was interfered with sometimes and I couldn't utilize the internet channels that were included on the TV because the internet kept buffering. Overall this is a good stay the bed was comfortable the laundry facility was clean. The hotel was peaceful. The staff seem very nice and accommodating

Our stay was awesome. Michael at the front desk was AMAZING! He took such great care of us! Our room was huge and nice and cool when we got there. Kids loves the pool and the complimentary snacks. Breafast was delicious. Would definitely stay again!
