The property leaves much to be desired. First, I was put into a room that should’ve been left for somebody with special needs. When I went to the front desk and said this, they said “this is the only room we have left”. I felt very bad taking the room, as the room didn’t suit me and should’ve been used for somebody else. Secondly on the last day when I went back to my room and tried to use the key card, the lock turned to red and I couldn’t get back into my room. After several tries by hotel staff and making new key cards they ultimately had to call the general manager to have them come and replace the batteries of the key card lock. It took management over 90 minutes to replace the batteries for me to get back into my room. I missed a Zoom meeting and was late to my subsequent meetings. I probably will never go back to this hotel as they’re way more options in the area. I hope things improve.
