Very clean, friendly staff. When I entered the room the smoke detector was chirping (low battery). Within 10 minutes they replaced it. Only disappointment was that the pool was "broke" and was unavailable. They did provide an alternative, could use of pool at their sister location.

Pool and Hot Tub Out of Service

One of the main reasons we booked this hotel was to enjoy the pool and hot tub. When we arrived they told us they were both out of service. There was no compensation as they said they had reduced the price of the rooms to account for them not being available. We booked this room months ago so we paid full price. They said there was nothing they could do about it. They did have rooms with hot tubs available but said we could not have one. Very disappointing. Breakfast was pretty good.

Ok, nothing more

Needs a thorough deep cleaning. Worn out, ripped shower curtain, hairs in the bed, dirty carpet, dusty, nicked and worn furniture. Not detailed clean. Paint fumes. Should not paint when weather is cold and they can’t open doors and windows to air out. Front doors broken and had to be manually pushed open. Tv is weak. Staff helpful but unprofessional. Bathtubs have a non-slip surface that feels yuck on feet. Bed and bedding ok, not great. Parking lot small. Ok for a one night if price reduced but anything longer would stay somewhere else.
