Absolute LET DOWN. We have stayed before, which was OK. i wanted a relaxing weekend away for a babymoon before our little one is here. The whole experience was terrible, dirty, rude, very un-organised. We were ment to stay 2 nights but not even 24 hours in we ended up packing our bags and leaving! bathroom was dirty, the kettle had stuff growing inside it, i stood on a nail in the carpet in the middle of the night- i did not appreciate that jump at 32 weeks pregnant half asleep. we were not advised to book breakfast in the day before at check in, so our room that included our breakfast couldnt even be used and then savannah made out like i should be a mind reader and automatically know to reserve a table. I only booked because they said the spa was available, I then called through to the spa to book and indeed it was not available. so i not only had to try find somewhere in the area to go, i also had to go out and find a cafe to go to and spend extra ontop of what i originally planned to spend for our buffet. The gift shop lady was rude. The whole place seemed understaffed. They stopped answering our calls from the room as i was trying to get a new kettle. i ended up walking up with the kettle to front desk and showing them the disgusting stuff that was inside it. i am so disappointed that my last opportunity for a relaxing weekend was ruined!!! we drove home at 8pm a day early!!

The check in took forever Also we had a balcony room paying $950 for two nights you would expect a view. Well no we were looking at scaffolding which was very disappointing

This was a covid stay, so expectations were not so high. All common facilities were closed, but the location made up for that. Disappointing was the in room entertainment, the sytem had very little choice and choked when viewing movies. The internet rates were very high.
