I think restaurant was good but they have very limited resources, we ordered dessert and they couldn’t bring it for more than 30 mins later on we were told that they will not be able to bring it for another 30 mins. When I asked how about just ice cream for my son, they couldn’t bring that either which is unreasonable for that price. Nice looking building but poorly managed

The room was nice and the main lobby area was beautiful during the brief moments we were able to enjoy it. However, despite booking a room block to celebrate my birthday, our group was made to feel very unwelcome throughout our stay. Staff interactions were consistently rude and confusing. We were told at one point that enjoying food by the fire in the lobby was perfectly fine, only to be later informed that bringing outside food into the space was a health code violation. Our group intentionally supported the hotel by spending over $1,000 on a large group dinner, yet we still felt as though our presence and our business were not valued. In addition, the walkway outside was extremely icy. A friend in our group fell quite badly, and when we notified staff immediately, the concern was shrugged off. Multiple unexpected charges were also added to rooms and had to be disputed. I don’t make accusations lightly, but the overall atmosphere left us feeling unwelcome in a way that was uncomfortable, especially for a diverse group. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I would not return to this hotel.

The room was in good condition but not to our expectations. The beds were full size not queen. The bathroom door closed but the lock did not work. We left on Saturday for the day. I requested at the lobby which was beautiful in the morning for the room to be cleaned, beds made, new towels, and toilet paper. We arrived back in the room after 9:30 pm and found that the beds were not freshly made, garbage cans full, no toilet paper and no new towels. This was very disappointing. We went back to the lobby. I let the gentleman know there what happened and that I was upset. Nick, at the time was behind the bar. He went out of his way to go the room to empty the trash cans, provide toilet paper and new towels. We appreciated what Nick did for us. I hope this review helps to ensure improvement is made.

The room was in good condition and the staff was very nice. As a business traveler, it was a bit shocking to have no coffee maker in the room! That means a lot - either for the first morning wake up or tea for the evening. Please do not say there is a restaurant for that - the charge for such mundane courtesies would be far more in a restaurant. The location was very good so that is a plus.

Honestly...upon arrival we were pretty shocked to find that it was in essence a motel, a very nice motel but a motel nonethless. The website, the photos and the marketing are great ....but designed to NOT let you see that it is a motel. I think they are making a mistake as they should simply be honest and say that they are an upmarket motel with a difference! That being said we did not want to stay in a motel. The bed was very comfortable though! Room is small and dark with a tiny window. Club room is very nice. Outdoor space is literally in the carpark.
