Disliked: Amenities, property conditions & facilities
The staff were extremely plesant and the villa is beautiful to look at, however it is impractical to stay during the wet season. There were leaks all over the villa that grounds staff looked atwhen asvised but did not fix. The power and water kept cutting out which we had to fix ourselves using the meter box. The mosquitos were unbarable and despite best efforts with coils and spray kept coming through holes in the floorboards, walls and gaps around doors. This got so bad we ended up moving to a hotel. When advised i had feedback they would advise their team and that was all. Whilst we understand some of the issues were environmental some maintenance is definatley recommended which may make it better in the summer months.
