Love this hotel, always try to stay here when in Leeds. Just unfortunate that this weekend it was double the usual price! Great location, lovely rooms, brilliant breakfast and £10 for 24 hours parking is a win!

What a fabulous hotel from the excellent greeting to a lovely hot chocolate from your complementary coffee machine after getting soaked walking from the city everything was so clean beautiful view of the city from our room. The added bonus of the restaurant where we ate our evening meal to the excellent choice of breakfast & late check out will definitely return

Nice hotel nice room. Clean comfy bed. Complimentary hot drinks in reception nice coffee. Easy check in. Parking 10 pound a day validated by hotel. Room was large and well appointed. Only down side. Bathroom fan not working or radiator leading to alot of condensation and very wet surroundings. Got fresh dry towels. pros. Great room price right near centre town lovely local coffee shop and other shops xxx

The room was really nice, clean and modern looking. Breakfast was also really good with plenty of choice. Only negatives was that the pillows were really hard and the coffee was awful and undrinkable.
