Terrible and not sure the room is fit for purpose

Arrived told we had been moved to another hotel, but discovered it was not pet friendly, we had booked a pet friendly room. Then a room was found for us, a small room, uncomfortable bed and could not open the window. But this was the same price as the room we booked! Woke up the next morning by an alarm and we both had really bad headaches.

Very friendly reception, everything explained. Room had everything that was needed. Breakfast really good, only thing I would add is air conditioning needs turning down as we were freezing in the restaurant

Eell positioned location in central leeds. Bed was two singles with a mattress topper. This just does not work. Nuff said!
