The hotel is situated with lovely outside garden & seating, a smooth check in lovely staff one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in Leeds, room very spacious with queen bed AC, safe, coffee & tea facility, roof top restaurant with lovely views, the toilets are immaculate would definitely recommend
