Clean, quiet, and secure

This was the second time I've stayed here. I checked-in in the evening and the front desk clerk was courteous, efficient, and helpful. The room was clean, quiet, and secure. I slept well. It was nice to be able to grab a coffee and cinnamon roll from the buffet before I hit the road in the morning.

I was a last minute cancel because of other reasons. I was not allowed to get back my deposit, but....the front desk person was VERY understanding about my circumstances, and though she was not allowed to accommodate my request, she was most polite. Works for me.
