The Hotel was very central and loved the access to all things London. The Housekeeping service however was very average, asked for room to be made a couple of times and didn't happen. On one occasion housekeeping walked into my room without knocking and I was on the bed with not too many clothes on HK were average in attitude as well Other than that loved the place ad location

Excellent service, the room was really clean and smelt amazing. All the hotel staff I came into contact with was very friendly and helpful. Location was near to majority of shopping and Pop up Christmas markets.
