This house is clean. The bed I slept in was comfortable. The bedrooms have fans in addition to the air conditioning - which worked well to cool the house. The kitchen is fairly well stocked with cooking and serving items and the host left us a bottle of wine. There is ample seating in the living room and the couch, loveseat and chair are comfortable. Check in was easy with an electronic lock. The walk to the beach is an easy one. The area was quiet. The host was responsive to questions and offered an early check-in once the cleaning service was done. When I added an extra night, he charged the nightly price from my original reservation, even though there had been a price increase. The outdoor space is limited, just a spot at the back of the driveway with a table. We did not use the grill, dishwasher, or coffeemaker so I cannot comment on those. Parking is very tight with two SUVs, but manageable. We were able to find street parking within walking distance. There are several restaurants within walking distance and an ice cream shop (with vegan options) at the end of the block. Those with mobility issues should note that there are stairs to enter the house, all the bedrooms are upstairs, and the shower in the downstairs bath (1 of 2) is easy to get in and out of but is very small. Older family members in our party found it difficult to manage. There were plenty of bath towels. The instructions for checkout were reasonable (wipe surfaces, towels in hamper, put away dishes).
