Perfect for a few days in the middle of the city. Includes underground parking which is helpful. Be aware that it’s very tight so only for small car. Apartment was clean and new and had all we needed for cooking and good space.

Very happy with our stay! Everything was perfect! Easy to check in, good communication with “the hosts”, extremely central, clean and bonus for many pillows in the beds:) The only thing that was negative was that there was some banana flies (probably from the previous people who left food out), but we got rid of them after a few days. Highly recommend!

Fabulous apartments. Would totally recommend if staying in Las Palmas. Really nicely furnished and decorated, lovely balcony for people watching and excellent showers!! This property is well located being 2 blocks from the beach, but not too close to the noise and hubbub. Restaurants and shops are close, and there is a nice bakery a short walk away. The apartment is well laid out and efficient. We appreciated the modern AC as well. We had a minor problem with the plumbing and the hosts were helpful and quickly addressed it. We had a rental car so we also appreciated the underground parking too. We would stay here again.

Our stay at this accommodation was simply excellent. The modern and aesthetically pleasing design creates a welcoming atmosphere that immediately makes you feel at home. The two-story unit offers spacious living with two bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-plan living area with a fully equipped kitchen—everything you could need. One of the highlights was the free parking in the underground garage, which added to our convenience. A small note: towels are only changed after four days, which wasn't an issue for us but might be relevant for others. Additional services such as extra towel changes or cleaning are available at an extra cost. The location in Las Palmas is very good for exploring the city itself; however, it’s quite far from Maspalomas and other beautiful spots on the island. Also, keep in mind that Las Palmas tends to be cooler and cloudier compared to Maspalomas, so plan accordingly if you're looking for warmer weather. A minor disappointment was the check-in experience: a significantly lower price (~300 € less) was displayed locally upon arrival. It might be worth booking directly through the provider to secure the best rate. Overall, we highly recommend this accommodation—modern, comfortable, and well-located within Las Palmas. It provided us with a memorable stay!

Wir hatten die Duplex Suite mit Balkon, die uns sehr gut gefallen hat. Die Suite macht einen schönen, modernen Eindruck und die zwei Badezimmer waren besonders praktisch. Auch die Ausstattung war gut – es war alles vorhanden, was man für einen angenehmen Aufenthalt braucht. Die Lage ist ebenfalls sehr gut: Strand und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Positiv war auch, dass man die Rezeption jederzeit gut erreichen konnte und bei Fragen oder Anliegen sehr schnell eine Rückmeldung bekommen hat. Grundsätzlich war alles sauber. Am letzten Tag haben wir allerdings bemerkt, dass unter dem Bett offenbar nicht gesaugt worden war und dort noch eine Schokoladenverpackung lag. Auch auf dem Küchenboden war ein Fleck. Etwas störend waren die Recyclingcontainer auf der gegenüberliegenden Straßenseite, da man teilweise auch spät abends oder früh morgens gehört hat, wenn Glas entsorgt oder die Container geleert wurden. Insgesamt hatten wir aber einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt und haben uns in der Suite wohlgefühlt.
