The property was very dirty, the bathroom had no soap, the shower stalls had mold, it looks like they barely cleaned it. The door knob fell off. The AC didn't work, the property is on a very very busy loud street. Since the AC did not work, I had to leave the windows open at night. Stay away from this place, it felt like prison compound.

Almost a 5 star apartment but not quite.
On first impression, the Hotel & Apartment was an absolute 5 star. There were a few simple things that could have been checked within the apartment to make it the best. 1. The bathroom door lock did not function, this was a little awkward for us & our friends. 2. The Bathroom mixer tap requires attention. It was wobbly and needed 2 hands to operate. A simply tightening under the sink by their technician. 3. The previous visitor to our room had lots of long black hair. This was obvious as there was a mass in in the bedroom and hairs were also noticed in the shower area. 4. The 1st night the boiler was exceptionally noisy. The next morning after our showers, the boiler died. It was reported to reception and was fixed by our return. Probably a boiler reset but the noise was still apparent the next night. 5. Many of the cupboard doors dragged on the floor. Again something simply fixed. 6. There is only ONE mirror in the whole of the 2 bedroom apartment. It's in the bathroom. Nothing in the bedrooms. 7. I was very surprised there was no safe in the apartment but it is not stated on the website. The roof terrace, bar and glass walkways are amazing. The inventory of the apartment is also, washer, dryer, dishwasher, air con, fridge/freezer are 100% but more attention is required on the smaller things.

I stayed here before but in the block beside the hotel and it was fantastic with everything you could possibly need to self cater. I assumed that it would be the same this time but no! Absolutely no ovenware, no knives apart from a bread knife, in fact nothing useful whatsoever to prepare and cook a meal. The shower was an absolute nightmare and needs replacing. Completely useless and flooded everywhere as the door has been installed incorrectly! I was going to complain but then I read the reviews & this has been a problem for years which they are aware of but chose not to address. The only solution is to pad the whole room with all the towels provided and then put them in the dryer every single day for hours which must be costing them a fortune and not environmentally friendly!! It would cost less to put in decent working showers. Apart from that everything else was okay and I would go back if they sorted out these problems.

Great apartment within walking distances if the beach, shopping and transport. The apartment was also well stocked and had a washer and dryer, two bathrooms (one en-suite), and a large lounge with TV. The building was clean and felt safe.

Great apartment in centre of the town!
The apartment was really nice, had all the amenities needed. The bed was absolutely amazing, sturdy memory foam mattress and pillow too. There was also metal shutters which when closed blocked all the light out. We slept so well!!! We did have an issue with a couple of the doors where the brackets were coming off but they fixed them really quickly. As the hotel is right in the centre of the main town and next to a busy one way street it was a bit noisy, even with the shutters but it didn’t really disturb us tbh. The beach is walking distance and there are loads of supermarkets close by, and the harbour where the cruise ships come in is again walking distance to have a look. One thing which was difficult was parking on our first arrival. We turned up around 4pm and the traffic was chaotic, many one way streets and no parking anywhere! We opted to park in a multi storey closest to the apartment above a casino which was a great choice as there was a deal for residents to park there during their stay. Still had to pay but great to know where we could go without any stress. The only problem we had was on arrival where we were not informed of how to check in. There is a Bex Hotel across the main road which is part of the same company. You have to go to reception to check in there. If only this had been advised to us before arriving as well as the parking as we couldn’t have faulted anything else. Recommended!
