We enjoyed our stay.
We had a great time, the service was impeccable and the receptionists (Pablo, Paula, Didi) were welcoming and helpful. We got some good restaurants recommendations from them and the food was delicious. 100% recommend

Amazing location a stones throw from the beach & city. As a new build there were a few teething problems, the hotel is not finished & I would strongly recommend the hotel informing guests of this pre booking as we encountered a few issues which if we simply had of known even if it was related to us on arrival by reception would have made it a much more pleasurable stay. Staff were amazing, friendly & helpful. I can see the hotel will be lovely once finished & would defo stay again.

Tres agreable hotel flambant neuf a Las Canteras
Hotel flambant neuf a deux pas de la plage de Las Canteras. Tres confortable, calme, personnel attentif (y compris un cadeau depose dans la chambre pour mon anniversaire), chambre spacieuse, bien agencee, tres agreable. Un bar rooftop vient juste d'ouvrir avec une vue imprenable sur la mer.

Air conditioning is useless. Outside temp was 19-20 degrees, sun wasn't shining and still the inside temp was continously 24 - 25 degrees. The only way to cool the room to a reasonable temp was to open the window - and invite in the noise and tobacco smoke. In the public areas of the hotel the temp was even higher. Many features wrt the "bathroom" were designed to look good, forgetting usability altogether. This was my first and last visit in this hotel.
