Functional apartment with great location
Small family, two adults and two Kids (6 and 11) had a nice ten days vacation after christmas 2025.Location was really good.Apartment was very functional to our needs. Own rooms for kids and adults. Kitchen for making breakfast, lunch or dinner If not eating out. Wifi, TV, Very peacefull place no noice from street. Nothing fancy but worked for us.Apartment was very clean.Bathroom shower pressure was modest but enough. Too few dishes on the the kitchen. Four Van Gogh paintings on the livingroom wall. Three of them was same :-)kitchen wer

Soggiorno a las palmas
Appartamento carino ,pulito, silenzioso, a due passi dalla spiaggia di las canteras e dal parco di santa catalina, zone ricche di locali e ristoranti multietnici. Accoglienza all'arrivo cordiale e disponibile. Consigliato per una vacanza non solo per il clima. Città con parecchio traffico e pochi parcheggi se non a pagamento.

Gute Wohnung, guter Preis, für Partyleute und Ausgeruhte
Haben für 1 Woche ganz gut gewohnt. Etwas laut, aber wenn man so zentral wohnt - völlig normal. Wege zum Strand und zum Hafen waren sehr kurz, man war sofort im Nachtleben.
Manche Möbel (Gardinenstangen) waren etwas lasch installiert und die Küche war nicht ganz vollständig (z.B. kleine Löffel, Kaffeemaschine, Eierbecher fehlten). Zu wenig Besteck war vorhanden. Hier muss der Vermieter noch etwas nachbessern.
