Beautiful hotel with a mix of historic charm and modern luxury. Staff were welcoming, breakfast was excellent, and the rooftop bar had stunning views. A little outside the old town but taxis are affordable and easy. Perfect for a relaxing, stylish stay.

Absolutely fantastic week at the Santa Catalina - Royal Hideaway Hotel!! Half board, so we got to enjoy the delicious daily breakfast at the Hotel followed by dinner at the 1890 La Bodeguita - fabulous food & service at both! The hotel is just so beautiful and staff cannot do enough for you through your entire stay! We had 3 spa sessions to enjoy even more relaxation during the stay! Cannot recommend this hotel enough - will definitely be returning!!

Lovely hotel, great welcome but slow check in. Staff exceptional very helpful and friendly Beds very comfortable and linen was high quality. Staff incredible, was an anniversary break, bubbles and chocolates delivered to hotel room as gift from hotel. Room service food was not great the chicken was tough and chewy in both of our club sandwiches so had to remove and leave it. The steak I ordered in restaurant was over cooked, sent it back and it arrived beautifully cooked. Overall a great stay would have given a solid 5 if it were not for the food issues.

Well worth a visit!

After a slightly shaky start (loud music until late on the first night) this stay was just wonderful. The hotel is beautifully maintained, fantastic pool area and great options for drinks and food. The staff right across the hotel are amazing. Location is a little out of the way for old town but taxis are easy to hail. Overall a great experience and will return!
