The resort was clean and had beautiful water views. The breakfast buffet was great. Service eas very good. The resort has limited activites and evetything closes at 7pm. There were limited food options. Also some parts of resort wete closed to rrsidents only. Quite sexpensive at 330 a night. Good for honeymooners . Gym was open all night

Stayed in the Honeymoon Suite, which was a very large, very spacious room with nice views, even the large tub came with a view. Room humidity level was very comfortable. Food provided on menu's and in the buffet had a nice variety and the kitchen was quick to make accommodations for allergies. Staff were friendly and eager to please. We arrived with an issue from our flight, and the hotel nurse did a great job helping us out. Beach front has lots to do. A few pool areas which were open well into the dark hours which is unusual but made for nice quite time in the pool with no sun. If you want to stay in the hotel for the entire stay, this works well but there is nothing to do in walking distance, although many restaurants are a modest distance with a taxi ride. If this is a working holiday, there is only a small air-conditioned area in the café to sit and work on a laptop; otherwise, there are many outdoors areas to work, and open-air lobby areas to work which are pretty peaceful if you are ok with the heat/humidity

Very friendly staff. We were also able to get our room early which was lovely considering we’d been travelling some 20 hours! Room was a very good size and comfortable. Patio was small though (not very wide). But we had view of pool and ocean. Excellent experience.

Once you leave the property, there’s nothing there to do any shopping. You have to take a cab to go in town.

Door lock not working

Pleasant overnight stay, but one issue with one of the guest rooms we stayed at that the electronic door lock was not working. It wasn't found out until the next day before checking out. This is unacceptable especially with the issue of security and safety for a supposedly "5-star" hotel.

The friendliness and professionalism of the staff was top-notch. The breakfast was very good, the room was quiet and I would say this is one of the better five star hotels that I have been in.
