Overall I think this hotel is ok. Rooms were clean, service was good. My party and I did not manage to eat here as we spent most of our time at the park. That said, we've also stayed at the Disneyland hotel and preferred it there. This one was certainly more busy but my family and I prefer a quieter ...

Disney's Hollywood Hotel: Family-friendly hotel with free WiFi and an outdoor pool. Located near the airport.
Travelled as a family of 4 with 5yo and 8yo. We utilised the shuttle alot, to get to the Disney MTR station and obviously to Disney. Very convenient, never had to wait long and exceptional aircon. I especially appreciated the shuttle bus when leaving the park at night - instead of battling thousands ...

Early check in was incredibly kind. We were so tired and needed the rest before we enjoyed the day. We also had a lovely view.
