Red stains on the extra pillow and sofa pillows. Bottom edges of shower look like mold. Heat light didn't work in the bathroom. One lamp next to the sofa didn't work. The lighted mirror was awful to try to do my hair. I suggest taking those out and putting in normal over the sink lights. Cups for coffee were so small and do not come with a lid. I'm a travel nurse and this really urked me. I had the coffee drank in a matter of minutes. Pros: elevator, size of the room, breakfast, security! No one could get inside without a key card. Sauna and exercise room!

Large suite room and easy to get in and out. Many food options nearby. Very good free morning breakfast served. Not glamorous, yet its better than Fairfield Inn and Hilton Garden Inn nearby.

Great visit

We really enjoyed our stay at Quality Suites in Lansing. We had a few minor things happen but the front desk attendant did all she could to resolve the issue and make sure we were comfortable. The breakfast was exceptionally good with a very extensive choice of delicious food. I would highly recommend this hotel and will stay there on our next visit to Lansing.

We stayed one night here before our flight out of Lansing. Hotel was very clean and beds were comfy. We did not eat the breakfast but it looked and smelled great. It was nice it was available so early. Will definitely stay here again.
