Very outdated, inappropriate sayings, electrical hazards, broken switches, just plain disgusting everything leaks asked for extra pillows and extra towels, and was only given one extra pillow and an extra hand towel that is all stained up. Quiet but the room smelled bad and after three days the smell was on my clothes The only way I can describe it is it smell like someone had peed on the carpet or in the AC I didn’t shower and couldn’t hardly set on the toilet. There wasn’t enough room

There was the problem of the hotel going under renovation...almost the whole 3rd...ended up in a room with a non functioning hot tub...need to call ahead next time...if I do decide to use this facility.....very disappointed...

Decent but a little shabby. The beds are too tall for me to climb on. I asked for a step stool which didn't come. I improvised with a chair. Beds were very comfortable. There was no continental breakfast. They welcomed our dogs.

Floor in bathroom needs repaired mopbprds behind the bathroom door dirty had to slam the door to the room in order to get a closed I would suggest to people not to stay there

It looked nothing like the pictures! Dark and in poor condition. Furniture was stained, walls were patched, bathroom small. I asked to be moved to a better room and the lady said we had a VIP room. Yikes. Homeless or migrants were staying in part of the property.
