Everyone was really friendly from the start to the end of our trip. Salim from house keeping was a gentleman. He was really friendly and efficient. The manager on the first day along with Izza at the front desk set a great first impression. I would highly recommend this hotel

Deluxe, King Size , Ocean View The room was clean and the toilet was bigger than expected. It also featured a super clean bathtub which my wife loved. The view from our balcony was breathtaking and we just enjoyed the moment. The staff were true professional. An incident of a faulty ceiling fan was encountered at our balcony around 10.30pm. Upon informing the front desk, the technician came swiftly and they fixed it right away. I am surprised by the the technician's availability at that hour & on the spot rectification. Well done!! We will certainly book this hotel if we come to Langkawi again 😁

Amazing hotel, very clean, the amenities are superb! We loved the pool on the 3rd floor, and the staff are extremely polite and friendly. We loved it and we wish the hotel and sll the staff the best. If we return to Langkawi we definitely stay here again.

Stunning beach and nice hotel with large and well equipped rooms. Nice spa and pools. Excellent hotel facilities. Good main restaurant at affordable prices. Room maintenance could be better. Had wind leaking noise through bi-fold doors making it difficult to sleep overnight during a stormy and windy night with heavy rain.

Superb family fun - 5 star

Amazing 5 star hotel with superb location.the sizzle by the sea event buffett is fabulous and great entertainment as well. The para sailing and Hidden cage is right next door. Staff is superb with Nor and Ashenee providing best service. Spacious rooms and good gym and ocean views. Breakfast was also tasty and truly 5 star!

Great location and fantastic hotel. Only minor gripe is that the food wasn’t great it was fine but not great but lots of fantastic restaurants near by. Staff are incredible. Hotel is gorgeous. We had a great stay and wished it could have been longer!

The pool was the best part of it. Kids pool connected to the main pool and th epoolside bar was just ideal. Housekeeping was great, housekeeper Salim did a great job. Food was also really good.

Our stay in PARKROYAL was perfect, great beachside hotel with excellent facilities. Food was always tasty and lovely. Clean food station and restaurant. Great attention to detail. I’ll definitely be recommending and returning for another stay
