A really nice room, but everything beyond your room is an example of what happens when you build a resort and do zero maintenance, management or staff training for six years. It's comical. It *could* be so good, but it really isn't. At $40 its worthwhile - don't pay more than that til the reviews get better.
Few food options: empty restaurants with menu items unavailable.
Hard to find: the address doesn't get you to the right place. Amazingly, because the property is *within* Ombak Villas there is no sign and calling the phone number for the hotel yields only more confusion. When we got to reception even they didnt know where we were staying. A frustrating and stressful start to a stay.
