People were outside the property talking loud and drinking. Several women walking around the property. The tenants were extremely loud and a lot of kids were running around unaccompanied by an adult. The hotel will charge you a $150 deposit that takes a long time to receive a refund.

Arrived at 930 pm . room not ready. hotel said free night because of delay. Hoping to see the credit. Facility was very loud and at 3am there were fire works in the parking lot. Lots of renovation needed.

Terrible!

It was a terrible experience!!!! Don’t go here. Came to stay one night didn’t make it past a couple hours in the room… bugs in the lamps, mold on the walls and ceiling, bugs on the floor, hair everywhere in the bathroom, pill bottles from previous stayers. The people were nice when they weren’t out back smoking got a refund in a timely manner and left the same night!

Sloppy renovation projects ongoing & they’re leaving rooms unkempt for guests. Not a good time for getting a room here, but it should improve once the work is completed. Headboard was removed from wall leaving a very unsightly scratch & sitting in a corner, they didn’t even bother to remove it, is one example.

Worst experience ever

The pictures shown are false advertising. Place is dirty and falling apart. The people working the counter were nice but when promised no charging fees for cancelation, they STILL CHARGED ME FULL PRICE for the room. Will never go back and never recommend

Absolutely false presentation of pictures it was run down dirty graffiti everywhere holes in walls and doors. You had to lift the door and push it shut. Dirty needed pressure washing everywhere outside inside the room needed to be cleaned and vacuumed cabinets falling apart, saw several bugs inside the room. Didn’t even stay there. I’ve seen nicer a better kept prisons.

Once I seen my room I went right back to request a refund.. The room had roaches,smelled like mold and looks nothing like the rooms on the website
