Awesome hotel. Staff was great, clean room, amenities were great. Only thing missing for breakfast is the Sausages and bacons I guess that’s not part of breakfast. But other than that it was amazing 6 days and nights staying there. Keep up the great work, everybody 😊

My truck broke down on the way to Orlando. This is where the company out me while it was being fixed. The staff was pleasant. They had a guest laundry that was nice. Clean room with updated bathroom and new carpet. Thanks for making me comfortable during my stay.

We did not stay. After getting into our room, it was extremely dirty. Dirty hand prints all down every door and around door knobs, food dried on the counters and microwave top, dirty carpet, the bathroom shower curtain had a large black dirt stain and dirty tub, like it had been used but not cleaned. The kicker of it all was blood on the cloth that covered the mattress box spring. We have complained to the hotel and Expedia, but thus far told it wasn’t refundable, but they (Expedia) would see what they could do. So we are on vacay without a room and lost money. Also, when we were told we could change rooms, the woman on staff couldn’t find any keys that worked to open the other rooms so finally told us we couldn’t have a different one anyway because it had been smoked in the night before, and then our keys stopped working and we were locked out of the dirty room where our luggage and crated dogs were. I’ve never had such an experience at a hotel ever

The staff member who checked me in was very rude. The air conditioning/heating unit was broken and could not be turned off nor could the heat be turned on, as one day was cold & rainy whereas heat was needed. There are no hair dryers available so I was unable to utilize the swimming pool or wash my hair for that matter. The refrigerator froze everything that was put in it. The coffee maker was so dirty that I had to run water through it 12 times before the water came out clear. I definitely need to be refunded all or partial of my money as it was not as described on the website.

The whole facility seems run down with peeling paint, and the room felt dirty. We had to put a towel over the couch because of the stains. The shower head was dirty and moldy. My wife refused to use it for a shower. Some guys showed up in the parking lot with a huge boom box and decided to have a block party while smoking their weed. The cops were called, and we were told this happens a lot. We will never go back to this hotel again.

Al llegsr al cuarto asignado #503, estaba asqueroso, inclusive el baño estaba muy sucio y la bañera muy sucia tambien. Immediatamente mi esposo y mi mija bajaron para ver si habia un error en el cuarto asignado y nos lo cambiaron al #507, que lucia un poco mejor, aunque NO llenó nuestra satisfaccion. Otro dia al llegar al cuarto en la noche, el cuarto y baño sin limpiar aun y la persona del counter dijo que ellos tenian solo unos dias de limpieza y este dia no tocaba limpieza. NO LO PODIAMOS CREER. La comida inaceptable, casi nunca habia disponibilidad. El elevador del hotel lo usaban de elevador de carga para reparaciones. Perdí mi dinero con esta estadia tan pobre, no lo esperábamos. Fue un verdadero asco, nos bañabamos con sandalias que compramos y tuvimos que comprar lysol en spray por el mal olor que tenía el cuarto.
