My favorite place we’ve stayed so far! We will definitely be back! When you check in they offer you beer/mimosas and they offer amazing recommendations for things to do and places to eat. They genuinely care that you have the best trip possible. It’s very clean and cute. They offer food as well and there are complementary s’mores at night by the fire pit! In a few words, they treated me like royalty. The staff is super friendly and helpful. I had a small problem with my room, which they solved by upgrading me to a suite. It was simply amazing. The bar is very nice, and they make a great espresso. This trip was a solo vacation focused on photography. Next time I come to South Lake Tahoe with my family we will stay here again. I highly recommend the Coachman.

The property grounds and rooms are a lot nicer in the pictures. The buildings are really run down and supposedly the rooms were remodeled. Staff was really nice, but don’t expect them to fix anything right. The best things about this place were the heated toilet seats and the humongous bear that walks through the parking lot.
