Loved this hotel. Everything about it I enjoyed. The rooms looked like they we newly renovated, the bathroom was clean and spacious. The coffee shop and the service here is superb. Would stay again!

Excellent manager…he upgraded us for free when we expressed that we weren’t happy with our room..he was so accommodating…the staff are excellent there! Free wine tastings in the afternoons! Pool and hot tub were amazing…the bare and outdoor seating are connected so it is very relaxing you can stroll in and out ..open concept…Adirondack chairs with fireside seating all day… Free s’mores every night ! Awesome stay!

I like the coffee/tea/hot chocolate bar and how it was available all day. I like the chill atmosphere at the lobby and bar. The staff is attentive and provided great service. The free nightly S'mores kit was a bonus! My kids loved the heated toilet!

Overall good, definitely so for the price in Stateline area. Lobby/bar/restaurant and pool area very nice. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Room was ok, but needed a new lightbulb in the bathroom, toilet seat wouldn't stay up, and the flooring was clean but needed replacement/refurbishment. Convenient walk to the beach but a property along the way was under repair so a bit dirty/unsightly at that time. Room/building was quiet but it was a weekday, not sure how it would be on a weekend.

Ben and his team were extremely welcoming and continued the hospitality throughout our stay. The hotel common areas and rooms are beautiful and fun to be in, however it truly was the staff that made our stay memorable and will be the reason we stay here again.

The rooms were super small and they charged extra fees without notice when we left so I called and they said I would get my money back in 3-4 business days… it’s now been a bit over 3 weeks and still no money has come back to me. Super great location and fun place for maybe a one night stay, but very disappointed they charged extra without warning.
