Had a great view of the beach but if your plan is to rest and nap this room might not be for you. The music from the DJ by the tiki bar plays for a few hours. Great music too! But definitely can hinder your nap time.

The hotel is not kept up, everything looks very dirty and old. Definitely needs an upgrade, the pictures of the property are very deceptive. It’s unfortunate that we couldn’t watch the basketball finals because the resort was closed and tv out on the patio not working. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone!

There wasn’t anything unique really. The rooms were decent for the price. The property was nice overall with nice beach, pool and tiki bar. Did not get our room cleaned once while we were there even when I requested it at the front desk. Finally had to get my own fresh towels and toilet paper!

Patio was great for beach access/chilling at the end of the day. We also had a free cocktail/live music night which was fun! Relatively small room but heated with a fireplace which was so homey. Unfortunately the hot tub was not very warm at all, not sure if that was a one-time incident or not.

The location was decent, not too far from Heavenly Village and a lot of restaurants nearby. View of the lake was great, it is right on the beach. However, be aware that it is a public beach and it was packed and pretty rowdy until night time. People were pretty drunk. Guests were loud and running around. Might be a good place to stay if you like to party, but for a relaxing stay this is not the place. As far as cleanliness, when we arrived I noticed that all of the garbage cans around the facility were overflowing and it seemed to stay that way throughout our stay. The room was very small! But it was comfortable and the balcony was nice to have. The staff were nice and brought us more towels when we asked. Maybe we weren’t the target demographic for this place (couple on our 30s). It was very dog friendly I will say, so that part was great.

The people were very nice.It was close to the ocean.I how had a beach. And the restaurant was good and on the water. When I checked in, there was papers piled up all over the place didn't look very professional. And the door deadbolt wouldn't close we had to really slam it to get it to close. And then I couldn't get it open. So they had to change our room.

This hotel even though I have stayed there multiple times it’s just a basic overpriced hotel. There is nothing fancy about it other than it has a beach access/restaurant. There are many other options in town for half the price if not less especially if you’re just needing a room for overnight.

Beautiful location in a cove with pier and beach access steps away. Pool and outdoor activities,including beach bar were on point! Pet friendly! Clean,well maintained grounds and convenient parking. The room with a balcony,was very nice and well kept. Refrigerator and coffee maker were new and clean. Fireplace for winter use,very nice. Will absolutely return!

Absolutely horrible experience. The rooms are so outdated. I paid 400 for a beach front room with absolutely no amenities. The bedding is a false advertisement, no plush bedding. The hotel will offer earlier check in for extra charge but watch out because they won’t have any rooms available till 4 pm. There were dead roaches outside my room. At 11 pm I had a security guard wake us up responding to a complaint that a 15 year old was alone and frantically making disturbance. The security guard woke myself and my family up oh but wait we start getting phone calls from front desk after I was trying to go back to sleep. Went the next day to talk to a manager but guess what the manager is not there on the weekends. Expedia reached out to a manager and they refused to compensate our room at all. Don’t stay here.
