Motel 6 - accommodation in Lake Elsinore

No frills. Bare necessities and amenities. Ceiling floors pop and squeak. Entry door did not close properly. Low guality furniture, linens and accessory items. Cold vinyl flooring. Appears to be remodeling slowly and poorly. Elevator dirty. slow with out of date inspection notice with temporary permit date purposefully

Convenient location to Pechanga. Clean with fridge, microwave and coffee. A little noisy with the road but will stay there again.

After COVID the hotel rates increased dramatically based on the few improvements to the rooms~ The bathtubs still have no mats in the tubs so they're very slippery~ Bathroom flooring always seems dirty~ The bed coverings are 2 sheets and a thin blanket, we froze both nights! But it's one individual in particular, Kevin, who is very matter of fact and never friendly or helpful! I've been staying at LHL several times a year for the last 10 years and every front desk agent is helpful and friendly, all but Kevin! It was 2 years ago, when I booked through the hotel directly, tgat I was charged a "BED TAX" which resulted in another $100 being added to my bill! I questioned it and Kevin became argumentative and couldn't explain what this tax was for and why isn't it mentioned on their website! That's when I stopped staying there~
