Booking through Expedia was easy however, hotel didn’t have reservation on file when we arrived. I called Expedia and they sent info quickly, just inconvenient. They put us in room that smelled like smoke and had Funyuns inside AC unit. I asked for another room which they provided but they were annoyed that I asked. I was told they needed credit card on file for incidentals but I was charged again for stay even though they received my payment from Expedia. I called about duplicate charge and was told only manager could refund me. Days went by with no call from manager. When I called manager she knew nothing about it, she confirmed I was charged twice and that she would refund me. Refund was never given! She stated her computer system would not allow refund and that she would call the owner to correct this issue. It’s been over a week with no call from hotel. No correction was made. I had to file a dispute with my credit card company. I would not advise going through the headache of booking this hotel.
