Lack of good eateries for breakfast. And quality of food presented. Ate at several places and quality and prep was not good. Cold food in both places. For the prices, I would expect better quality control on things leaving the kitchen and prep was not good. Not to mention brown lettuce in one place. Also lack of wait staff on floor. They were almost non existent. Once again, for the price, things should be better. Last but not least was the add on taxes and fees, Which are nothing more than verbal fleecing of customers. Which all fees and addon prices go into the pockets of the casino and are not necessary for operation or payment to an outside governing body. Needless to say, I won't be staying here anytime soon. I had really hoped for more. I drove all the way from the other side of Houston for this trip and was looking for a better experience.

The room , hotel , casino was nice and clean . The bed was very hard and we was across the hall from the service elevator which was very noisy and it was very hard to get to sleep and heard it all night long. To say the least, I didn't much sleep. We did not know or was told about breakfast.

Beautiful room, hotel very clean. Would give it 5 star, except shower soap dispenser was empty, the room blow dryer didn't work. Wife tried to call front desk to get a new one but the room phone didn't work. We both asked different housekeepers for a replacement blow dryer but they were unable tp help. Both queen beds sunk on one side, had to sleep on opposite side of bed. Casino staff very helpful, and casino didn't smell bad even though it's smoking.
