As the snow dissipates and the ice melts, the mountain resets and the property reinvents itself. Outdoors you reassure yourself , “This is why we’re here.” Brand new upper and lower decks surround the home. Grab your chairs and blanket. Now make your way out to the firepit on the deck or amongst the trees where all ghost stories begin with, “It was a dark and stormy night.” When the snow falls, the property shifts from a secluded mountain retreat to a private winter wonderland. You can watch the grounds turn powder white from every window in the home while wrapped in warm luxurious comfort.
With a grandiose open concept and easy flow, the home accommodates families, friends and couples who desire an authentic and unique mountain home experience. It's the creaking of the steps, the rawness of the wood, and the olfactory notes of trees in their afterlife that heighten your senses. Hints of earth and nostalgic fireplace char are in the air even when no flames ablaze. Centered around a mashup of building materials it’s ALL BLACK EVERYTHING with a level entry that sits on a vast 12,150 sq.ft. lot; that’s more than a quarter-acre. As you make your way up the access road to the main entrance you’ll see that we’re tucked tightly into nature’s backdrop but so close to shopping and restaurants. Local amenities are a stone’s throw away in Blue Jay Village-a 5 min drive or 15-20 min walk from our doorstep.
Warm dimmable amber lighting and exposed timbers trap secrets throughout the home. Some things were purposely not photographed to maintain the integrity of the experience. Some secrets may be uncovered during your stay. Some may not. We aim to keep these nuances fresh for our guests, which we refer to as “Members.” And as Members of the B[REDACTED] Society, we keep our secrets amongst ourselves and respect The Code.
The interior is armed with Samsung Smart TVs in every bedroom, a Verturo Nespresso machine, 500 Mbps Wi-Fi and USB ports. From sharp knives to graters and garlic presses to baking sheets, it’s all here. Behind one of the secret doors, you may discover our milkshake machine and ice cream maker. Hello kids! All barware is top tier and comprehensive.
Each bedroom unveils its own personality but maintains continuous luxury standards - velvet blackout curtains, plush robes for lounging, custom furniture fit for each space, and layered floor coverings. Never worry about getting out of bed once nestled in luxury linens to adjust the lighting. Lutron remotes were added for your convenience.
Surrounded by nature, Members enjoy “postcard” scenery right from the home. You’ll want to take a stroll up the hill for an unofficial architecture tour. The trees proudly show off their colors in the fall. During the autumn season, head to Pumpkins in the Pines at Sky Park and Oktoberfest, which are within minutes from the home. For extended winter fun, it’s only a 30-minute drive to Snow Valley Mountain Resort. Skiing, snowboarding, and tubing lessons. There’s something for the whole family to enjoy. To turn your holiday dreams into reality, visit Sky Park at Santa’s Village, which is only a10-minute drive from our doorstep.
