Classified as a 3-star furnished tourist accommodation and awarded 3 ears of corn by Gîtes de France, this authentic Lauragais farmhouse, nestled in the heart of a hectare of greenery, offers exceptionally generous living spaces. Here, everyone can fully enjoy shared moments while maintaining their own space and privacy. The gîte: 3 bedrooms equipped with a 140 x 190 cm bed, a TV, heating, a fan, and blackout blinds. 2 bathrooms, one on each floor for added comfort. 2 living rooms. Both levels have been designed to allow everyone to enjoy their own pace of life, without ever compromising the conviviality of shared moments. Upstairs: A space has been created to offer greater independence and privacy for everyone. A refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, stovetop, and all necessary dishes are provided for easily preparing breakfast, snacks, or light meals. The dining area is naturally situated in a particularly bright room, enhanced by its original beams. A large table comfortably seats up to six people. Adults can thus enjoy leisurely meals, while children can take advantage of a nearby space with a sofa, armchairs, a library, numerous board games for all ages, and a coloring corner, all while remaining close to their parents. On the ground floor: The spacious room has been designed for leisure and relaxation. The immense games room with a pool table is the true highlight of the cottage and the heart of the house. A fireplace, a lounge/library, a Bluetooth audio system, darts, checkers, and chess extend these moments of conviviality. After a day exploring the Lauragais region or working, everyone can gather here to relax before returning to the tranquility of their rooms. Two shaded picnic tables are available. One is ideal for breakfast. The other, equipped with solar lighting, allows you to extend meals and evenings outdoors. The numerous trees offer ample shaded areas, allowing you to enjoy the garden throughout the day, even during periods of intense heat. Tartiflette and Fumette, our two sheep, will delight both young and old, who can meet and feed them. Ideal location: The Canal du Midi, a UNESCO World Heritage Site, is easily accessible. Major wedding venues and reception areas are nearby. Lake Thésauque is 7 minutes away. Lake Ganguise is 15 minutes away. Revel and Lake Saint-Ferréol are 30 minutes away.
