They deliver the wrong breakfast 3 times. Food was cold. Bloody Mary was undrinkable so over spiced. Took way too long and hostess needs a major attittude makeover. Good property. Expensive. Avoid eating there based on two experiences, breakfast and lunch.

Lovely hotel with one of the most comfortable beds I have ever enjoyed! The staff were helpful and polite. They concurred the beds were popular. Nice bar and restaurant on site- pricey though.

We received an upgrade since our room wasn’t ready as we were an hour early for check-in. It was a beautiful, spacious deluxe king with a sitting area on the 4th floor. The room was recently renovated and it was very clean and well appointed. The hotel itself is very charming with friendly service. Would definitely recommend!

This is a beautiful hotel and very convenient to many locations in the near East Bay. The staff are great, the on-site restaurant, open until 10 PM is excellent, and the rooms are lovely.
