This hotel is top end. The service is world class and the desk folks speak english. If I could give it 8 stars I would. There 3 Resteraunt's on site and a spa. The rooms were excellent size, w marble everything. You will not be disappointed coming here.

The Tray Hotel Hai Phong: Business-friendly hotel with free WiFi and free valet parking. Located near a train station.
Only thing i would suggest is to inform guests about the key policy. We were not aware of the charge for lost keys. In our country, you can ask for as many keys as you want and you dont need to return them. Thank you.
