Check in was very slow. A line up of guests waiting to check in, and only one staff, and another woman assisting. The front desk staff was very nice but obviously understaffed.

The airport shuttle was prompt and comfortable. The room was clean and the staff were welcoming and courteous. We had to catch the outgoing shuttle at 5:30 am so we were not able to try the breakfast. We arrived in the dark and left in the dark so we did not see the conditions of the area around the property.
