The unit was fine and as advertised. The complex was excellent, with many pools—it was easy to find a quiet, kid-free one. Felt safe and well-maintained.

Nice stay. Beautiful grounds. Some areas could use better cleaning.

We enjoyed our stay in this beautiful gated community. The walkout patio was a highlight, though it was quite dusty (possibly typical for the desert environment). The bed was comfortable, linens were fresh, and the bathroom was spotless. However, the bedroom floors were extremely dirty, which was disappointing. I swept up a dustpan full of hair, nail clippings, bandaid wrappers, food crumbs, and other debris—suggesting the floors hadn’t been cleaned in weeks. This felt like an oversight, possibly due to reliance on a management company. The owner was responsive and easy to reach, addressing our questions promptly. While the property has great potential, a thorough cleaning would make a big difference.

The gated community was quiet and well maintained. It felt safe as there was 24 hour guard at the front gate. The main pool was really nice although there were some parts that felt a bit run down (cracked tiles, old dirty lounge cushions). Overall it was clean and spacious. Plenty of cabanas and lounge chairs with umbrellas. We forgot our pool float one night and it was there at the lost and found the next day when we went searching for it. The casita was spacious, clean and comfortable. The air conditioning worked well and it felt safe as well. It was also very quiet considering when you stepped outside it was loud with the sounds of all the A/C units running. The one let down was that we were under the impression that there was a store available and we were even given a flyer for the store as we entered the community, but it was being renovated. Silver lining is that there will be a nice updated store for guests/residents in the near future. 10/10 would recommend for a quiet, relaxing and safe getaway.
