Good location, ok hotel, staff hit and miss

The location was good, not too far from La Grand Motte. The hotel was dated and the rooms were ok. There is no social bar scene at this location and the air con didn't really work. The shower design guaranteed water all over the floor and the rooms were on the small side. The breakfast was great, the staff was hit and miss. There were some who went the extra mile, like the night staff and the breakfast ladies. There was two staff members who were clearly not in a good mood and it felt like we had inconvenienced them with the smallest requests. Billing issues still not resolved 4 days after checking out

Comfy hotel, well located and peaceful.

Excellent service, room changed quickly and without fuss when leak found in the bathroom. Hotel breakfast very good. Well located, 20min walk from the marina but with local restaurants for evening meals.

We only stayed 1 night but the service for extra towels and toilet paper was swift. I left my bottles of wine on the shelf outside my room wine by accident while leaving but the stay was good.

Secluded Hotel Gem

Stayed 2 nights as a short vacation, and trial visit to the area. Excellent location, easily accessible. Quiet setting in tree lined area close to golf course and lake. Well established hotel, very friendly and helpful staff. Room spacious, comfortable and with clean facilities. Good breakfast available, but other meals not provided, though selection of restaurants are available within 10 minutes walking distance, or a short bicycle / drive away in town. 30 minute walk along shaded pathways to beach areas or town centre / port area. Pool area small but good to use and well maintained. Wi-Fi connection good in reception / bar area, but difficult in assigned room. Still highly recommended.

Nice hotel with great staff & close to everything

The first thing we noticed was how friendly and welcoming the staff were to us. The room was comfortable, and had all the amenities we needed. The balcony overlooked the pool, with a nice view of the lake that fed the sea. Nice, light breakfast. The drive to town was only about 5 minutes!

Trip to Le Grand Motte

Best Western Golf Hotel was a nice comfortable place to stay. It is a little removed from town so you need to drive or ride bikes to any ammenties unless you are there to golf. The staff is extremely friendly especially Vincent. They have a nice breakfast and good internet connections.

TRES BONNE LITERIE

La chambre est conforme à son descriptif, très bonne literie, et chambre situé à l'extrémité du bâtiment et donc au calme. Par contre, petit bémol sur la propreté des toilettes, même après l'avoir signalé à la réception, cela n'a pas été fait durant mon séjour. Seul le lit a été refait tous les jours sans problème. Par ailleurs, lorsque j'ai demandé si il était possible de petit-déjeuner à la réceptionniste le vendredi matin vers 10h15, je me suis pris une réflexion très désagréable et peu conventionnelle (Dur dur le réveil).

GROS PROBLÈME DE PROPRETÉ

Hôtel bien situé par rapport à la tranquillité et au cadre environnant. Chambres correctes, mais gros problème de propreté et d'hygiène. Nous avions réservé un séjour de 2 nuits, donc le lendemain matin de la première nuit nous avons demandé courtoisement à la réception, qu'ils prennent le temps de bien nous nettoyer la chambre, car c'était déplorable, mais rien de plus n'a été fait. HONTEUX.
