Clean and spacious room, well located near kyoto station. Nice places to drink a beer at night and also late night restaurant nearby. 7-11 just in front of the hotel. Location was very convinient for our 2 nights in Kyoto. Also we arrived before check-in and were able to get to our room immediatly which was a nice surprise! I would recommend this hôtel without a doubt.

The man at the front desk helped us so much. We had already checked out and were on our way to Osaka when we realized we forgot money in our safe. We called and he was nice enough to get the money we forgot in the safe and put it into our luggage that we were shipping to our next hotel

Nice small hotel 750m from JR Kyoto. Room was Hollywood Twin . Big enough for lower than avg price for Kyoto hotel. Clean, daily servicing if wanted, Free coffee, tea, ice drinks as much as like. Great friendly front desk staff, who mostly spoke English. Across road from 7/11 and many restaurants in area - wagu beef, Thai, Nepali, Japanese and vegeterian. Close to bus routes and subway across the bridge.

Very clean space with many delicious and friendly restaurants nearby. There is a 7/11 across the street and it is a 30 minute walk to Nushiki market for a day of shopping. There are also kind and welcoming staff to guide guests and offer ideas for things to do.

Room was too small for three people. Room was too humid. Bathroom fan was either underpowered or had no vapour outlet. Staff were very helpful and friendly. The free beverages and sitting/eating room were the best features of the hotel.

Room was clean but small, Staff was friendly but explanations about amenities were confusing as we were told it was already in the room when it was not. So we went to the 7/11 to buy clothes for the night because we didn't know pyjamas were available at the front. The bed and pillows were not comfortable. Way too hard.

Was a nice spot. Walkable from main Kyoto line and easy 3 minute walk to subway. Quiet. The staff very friendly. Nice common room. 2 washing machines often in use. There was a musty smell in my room/bathroom. All the carpet could use a swapping out or deep clean.
