Repeat guest

Nice hotel in the centre of the action in Kuta. Very friendly, helpful and professional staff. Neat and tidy rooms, with some lovely extra touches. Some small maintenance jobs that could be done on the bathroom (loose door handle, sealant/grout could be done better). Otherwise very clean both times we stayed. Rooms facing the road can be noisy with the nearby nightclubs, double glazing on windows cut out most of the everyday noise and heat. Will definitely stay again :)

Make sure you don't forget your card

We arrived late 8 pm due to flight delay and realised I forgot my card so I tried to pay in Aus $ ? Nope card or ruphia so I only had 1.4 million rupiah so I offered to pay this and my passports until morning , nope again we need payment so off I went looking for money exchange for 40 mins no one had any ruphia until morning so back to hotel and again 1.4 mill ( enough to cover 1st night ) and passports till morning no again so off we went again for another 20 mins finally found open exchange and paid then allowed into the room ? And it was our honeymoon mm went down well front desk staff not helpful or any problem solving skills

Little bit of comfort in amongst busy Kuta

Pros: Staff and location also comfy Bed
Cons: Breakfast could do with a bit of an upgrade
Location: Everything is close to this hotel
Wow did not expect this great hotel in a great location We stayed in a Harper Suites for 2 nights and if we had not of made other plans would have stayed longer ! For regular travelers to Bali was surprised to find a hotel with a fantastic comfortable bed (usually hard in Bali) Breakfast was okay nothing fancy but ok. Staff were wonderful

Nice Hotel in a good location

The hotel is located between Poppies Lane l and Poppies Lane ll so great location close to everything. The facilities are clean and modern and the staff are friendly. The location is close to the "night life of Bali" although is not too noisey.

Location: very central everything
Facilities: very clean and tidy; Value: fantastic price ; Service: nothing to fault ; Cleanliness: Spotless; definately be staying here again, central to everything and staff were amazing couldnt be more helpful
