The hotel is in a very convenient location, and the room is spacious enough to fit two suitcases side by side comfortably. The washing machine and dryer were also very convenient, especially for a longer stay. The room was comfortable, and the facilities made our stay much easier and more enjoyable. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel. I would happily stay here again!

I've stayed in a few Tokoyo Inn properties, and this has also delivered its standard. I like how simple and clean the rooms are - amenities available at lobby to take, and the free breakfast is always a highlight of the stay because nothing beats waking up to a nice warm cooked meal. I'll always recommend Toyoko Inn to others!

Great location near train station, almost fully sheltered walkway from station to hotel which helps when it's raining. Also near the bus stop to take highway bus to Takachiho Bus Centre, Kumamoto Airport. Hotel helped me arranged takkyubin to Beppu which is very convenient. Breakfast selection is sufficient, in fact seems to have slightly more than the Toyoko Inn in Kagoshima that I stayed in. There are 3 elevators that are quite fast so waiting time is short. Will choose this hotel if I come back again.
