Das Hotel liegt relativ zentral (Podgórze nahe der Weichsel), ist gut mit der Straßenbahn erreichbar und bietet ein günstiges Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Das Hotel ist ein kürzlich umfassend saniertes ehemaliges Mietshaus in einer ruhigen Wohnlage, allerdings sind viele Nachbarhäuser noch unsaniert. Guter Service. Deutschsprachiges Personal.
