Fantastic hotel with great modern features and an invaluable ‘Handy’ mobile device for using when you’re out and about - great idea and saves a fortune on international roaming rates when using data or calling. Very impressed and highly recommended. The only hing which let it down was the mediocre air conditioning in the room.

Super convenient location

Pros: Location, staff and comfort of rooms.
Cons: Nothing.
Location: Very close to the old town so convenient to everything.
We arrived by train at Krakow central train station and on leaving the station looked across the road and there was the hotel. Very convenient. As we had arrived early morning we went to drop our bags and the staff on the front desk were very helpful. Tried to see if they had a room ready and loooked after our bags for the day. The hotel is clean, modern and the staff were all very friendly and helpful.

Great place to stay

This place was fantastic. It's a new hotel and the decor is beautiful! The staff were very helpful and accommodating. The hotel is in a great location, opposite the train station and a huge shopping complex. It's also a short (and very enjoyable) walk to the Old Town Square. We wish we had stayed longer in Krakow. It is a great city and this is a great hotel to come home to after a day of exploring. Thanks Mercure!
