Highly recommend this hotel. So clean , nice staff and the room was very spacious and warm. Breakfast was great and we also got a lunchbox one day for when we were leaving too early for breakfast. Great location, we walked everywhere. Would definitely stay here again.

I suffer from anxiety and panic as such I always book a hotel with room service and or a restaurant which on your site it states this hotel has which is why I booked it. When I got there only breakfast is served, no room service, no restaurant. Also I was in the attic with no air conditioning just a small fan. The area is very rundown with graffiti everywhere. This ruined my holiday totally. Money wasted

Enjoyable stay.

Outstanding and friendly hotel, perfectly situated and absolutely spotless. Staff couldn't do enough for you and the breakfast was impressive. Reception organised our trip to Auschwitz as well as an early morning taxi to the airport, with no fuss. Will definitely return.
