The room didn't have a microwave which I felt was odd and inconvenient. There was no way to reheat my leftovers. A microwave doesn't cost much and would go a long way as an added feature.

My stay at the Ava Sea Resort was great. I had a room on the 5th floor. The view was unbelievable. The staff were pleasant to deal with. Excursions were easy to book. It was close to the beach and all the amenities were close by. I would definitely stay here again.

Good Location Hotel

The hotel is very nice location and it's only take 5 min walking to Ao Nang beach, the first day when we check in the room had no hot water to shower, but it got fix very quickly, also the room that we stay has a lot of mosquitos, my friend got a lot of bits on his legs

The staff was not accommodating at all. Gave us a hard time about towels🙄 it’s a beach hotel with a pool. They guard the towels like national security. We were fine with the sign out process but they wouldn’t give any extra towels for the room. It was actually extremely annoying

Not enough help

I’m sure the staff tried but poor English caused some confusion. Given wrong internet password. Rushed through check in and check out. Temperature control in room did not adjust properly. AC was either too cold or off completely. Breakfast not worth the €13. Front desk wouldn’t call a taxi and had to go to tour desk, pay a mark-up and wait half and hour.

Two night stay in Ao Nang.

This was only a 2 night stay before staying with my new Thai family. Checkin was quick and efficient. The receptionist was polite and informative. The hotel was very clean together with my room. Internet was strong and consistent. The hotel has a small pool area and a small gym. Only negative thing was my room faced onto the main road. The sound of mopeds travelling under harsh acceleration woke me up a few times but this is totally outside the control of the hotel. Otherwise a very enjoyable two days.
