Everything is great, just that the AC is a bit noisy and hard to lower its speed. Traffic is easy for most travellers with shuttle bus to one of the nearest sub stations. Although a 10 min walk to the other station and the nearby To Kwa Wan district will find a lot real treat to local delicacies.

Modern look hotel, clean room, 24-hour gym, and friendly staff. Easy access to Kai Tak Promenade which is great for a scenic stroll or run, good to have shuttle service to Airside where Kai Tak MTR is. Buffet breakfast is great and dinner at the Chinese restaurant was delicious but a bit pricey. The only drawback is water spilling through the shower door, making the floor of the bathroom wet (guests need to be cautious to avoid slipping). Overall a comfortable stay!

The hotel was nice but far from everything else, public transport is at least 10 minutes walk. Nice interior, good water pressure and what would expect from a 5* hotel. Although they didn't refill the drawers once teabag has been used. The shuttle bus is every 30 minutes. When the bus is full despite joining the queue prior, you have to wait for the next one in 30 minutes and no one informed the travelers in the queue. No alternative and just wait in the car park.

The staff was very helpful very nice. The location was a little remote from lots of shopping and dining, but we did find some places unfortunately it was the last day. We also didn’t realize we could’ve had dinner in the same dining area that we had breakfast daily. Very nice hotel very helpful staff all good.

The room is clean. Staff are courteous. The twin beds look too big for the room, leaving not much spare spaces in the room. It is a little challenging to access the hotel by car from outside.

I wouldn't recommend for families, there was no kitchen dining area when you ordered food to be delivered. There was no game room. There was no kitchen that offered coffee and tea. No laundry facility.

We were fortunate to receive an upgrade when checking in. The suite was very spacious and stylishly designed and decorated as is the whole property. Very comfortable bed and nice linen. The only let down was the very noisy in-room aircon - all I can say is thank goodness we packed our earplugs as it would have been impossible to sleep otherwise.
