It's acceptable for its price point, with good airconditioning and (somewhat) clean toilets. Wifi is slightly weak. And the room door lock is too flimsy so security is definitely a concern

Clean place to stay in downtown KK

HOOD was very clean and felt pretty safe. We stayed in a private room and it was comfortable enough. There are a lot of shops and restaurants around and you can walk to just about anything in central KK. The pillows were a little uncomfortable, but its a hostel, not a hotel. My biggest complaint is that the wifi was so slow and unreliable to be almost completely unusable. There are coffee shops nearby with fast wifi. Also be warned that the front desk staff are not always there, so if you want to check in you may need to call them (the front door is locked, you get a key once you check in). All in all, a great place to stay if you have a local mobile phone.

체크인 12시까지라 비행기가 늦게 도착하면 안하시는게 좋아요. 입구가 안쪽에 있어서 찾기 힘들어요. 늦게 도착해서 에어컨이 고장났는데도 문의하기 힘들었어요. 선데이 마켓을 갈거면 최고에요 바로 앞이거든요.
